Primary and Secondary Food
Primary food- meaning all the facets of life that affect our health (career, relationships, and exercise to name a few)- are a focal point in my coaching because food is only one aspect of health. We will also focus on secondary food (dietary choices)- to help you find your unique way of eating that works for your body, budget, and lifestyle.
